Shipping & Returns

Shipping in Italy:

• If the product is ready to ship, shipping should occur within 48 hours.
• If the product is made-to-order like a jewelry piece, please allow 2 weeks for manufacturing then I will contact you and send you the shipping details.

Shipping in Europe:

• For a ready made item, shipping should occur within 4/5 days.
• For a made-to-order piece, please allow 2 weeks for manufacturing then add 4/5 days for shipping. 

Worldwide shipping:

• Please contact me for exact shipping costs/delivery times because these change from country to country and shipping method.

TAXES

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

• Cancellations once the shipping has been sent are not accepted.
• Please contact me in case any issues arise with your order.
• Returns shipping costs/fees are on the buyer. 
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of package delivery.
• The item(s) must be in original conditions and original packaging.
• Once a returned item has been received, a refund of your purchase will be issued within 4/5 days. A confirmation email will be sent.
